My name is Dulcie Davis. I was born in West Palm Beach, Florida to Ann and Don Spencer. My parents were raised in Shelbyville and graduated from Shelbyville Central High School. My family moved back to Shelbyville for my freshman year of high school.
I am a graduate of Shelbyville Central High School. I received my Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and my Master's degree from Middle Tennessee State University. I have additional hours of graduate credit from Cumberland University and MTSU.
My husband, Bob, and I have two children. We have a son, Craig, and his wife, Kendra, who live and work in the great state of Tennessee and we have a daughter, Rebecca, who is a junior at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She is a member of the Pride of the Southland Marching Band and plays the oboe in the Symphonic Band.
My husband and I have a vegetable garden that we plant and harvest each year. I enjoy reading, cooking and needlework. I LOVE to watch "The Pride" perform "Salute to the Hill," pre-game and half-time.
I look forward to this opportunity to be the instructional leader of Eakin Elementary School.
